Fresh homemade almond milk, with all the goodness of almonds and without any preservatives, additives, fillers etc.
Quick and easy to make this recipe is a perfect non-dairy milk option.

Almond Milk
1 cup of Almonds, with skin), soaked overnight in drinking water
2 cups of Filtered water
Instructions

SoakSoaked almonds for a couple of hours

Drain the soaked almonds and rinse in clean drinking water.

BlendPut almonds in a high speed blender.

Pour 2 cups of water in the blender along with optional spices.

Start blending gradually from low to high.

Leave the blender on high continuously for 1 minute, maybe more depending on your blender. You should have consistency of milk.

StrainPour the milk through a sieve or a cheese cloth.

StoreStore the milk in a glass bottle for up to 5 days in the fridge.
