Watermelon Splash

Watermelon Splash is my favourite Summertime drink!  Its sweet, hydrating properties are cooling and refreshing.

Watermelon is rich in antioxidants and is a great source of Vitamin C.  It is also anti-inflammatory and supplies some B vitamins and many minerals. The mint in this recipe calms the digestive system and cools the body on hot days!
Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups watermelon
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 1/2 cups water

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Pour in a tall glass and decorate with a mint leaf on top, and enjoy!
