Description

Watermelon is rich in antioxidants and is a great source of Vitamin C.  It is also anti-inflammatory and supplies some B vitamins and many minerals. The mint in this recipe calms the digestive system and cools the body on hot days!

  • 2 1/4 cup of Watermelon
  • 4 leaves of Mint, fresh
  • 2 1/2 cups of Water

  • Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour in a tall glass and decorate with a mint leaf on top, and enjoy!
