Quick and easy to make this recipe is a perfect non-dairy milk option.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds (with skin), soaked overnight in drinking water.
- 2 cups drinking water
Optional: Cardamom seeds, cinnamon, vanilla, saffron.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Drain the soaked almonds and rinse in clean drinking water.
Step 2
Put almonds in a high speed blender.
Step 3
Pour 2 cups of water in the blender along with optional spices.
Step 4
Start blending gradually from low to high
Step 5
Leave the blender on high continuously for 1 minute, maybe more depending on your blender. You should have consistency of milk.
Step 6
Pour the milk through a sieve or a cheese cloth.
Step 7
Store the milk in a glass bottle for up to 5 days in the fridge.
